I don't answer calls from numbers i don't recognize. This is spam for me and appears to possibly be a scam.

Blocked/Private call, #206-823-3066, WA. Prerecorded robocall with scam business loan offer. I don't have a business. This came through to my cell phone which is on the No-Call registry.
Gave the press 1 for more info, 2 to be removed from list. DON'T PRESS ANYTHING - IT JUST TELLS THEM IT IS A WORKING NUMBER AND THEY WILL CALL BACK!

No legitimate bank cold calls a business with a "pre-approved" $Qtr-million loan! I hang up after hearing the first sentence. Why are these firms not arrested as they have to be scammers?
