Threatened with lawsuit. I just feel sorry for gullible people that get ripped off by these scams.

I got same call today and they sounded like they were from India. After they threatened us, I asked what our options are and they said we can set up payment plan. I thought how strange. They threatened to send police and Agents within 45 minutes. I immediately called the police myself to report it
and the police told me it was a scam and to tell these people I will file for harassment. The police said the IRS would not send police. They will send letters. This scared me and boy am I glad I called the police because I know I did nothing wrong.

Just got a call from this #. They left a message saying that they are the IRS, calling to let me know that they are going file a law suite against me...

This number kept calling my phone so I called back and asked who it was. Said he was from the IRS and was sending an officer to arrest me rigt now.....the caller had a foreign accent

They have been calling me allday. Said the samething almost but there not telling me i have to have money on the card. Who do we call to report this? There saying they are from the state.

I received a call Friday evening and the voice was of British accent and they told me that I had qualified for a free government grant of 14,355 dollars since I had no criminal record and didn't owe any taxes..anyways they started asking me all these weird questions I was freaking out because they had my address on file and my date of birth and my drivers license number than they told me that I would have to go to Walmart and buy a pre paid card with a total of 305.00 as my refundable cost to claim my suppose 14,355 dollars I hung up and they kept calling back until I blocked their number
