This is a SCAM!!! If this number calls and leaves you a message about the IRS suing you for a lawsuit...do NOT call them back!
They will try to get all of your contact information and force you to make a payment in order to avoid being arrested and threaten you with a warrant out for your arrest.

Yes, I too received a call from 206-823-3369 - they left a voice message stating: "Suit against you to get more information about this case file. Please call immediately on our department number 206-823-3369. I repeat 206-823-3369. Thank you."

So tired of getting these Scam Calls. Every one of our phone numbers are listed on the Federal and State Do Not Call Registries.

If these people are impersonating the IRS, then why doesn't the IRS or Federal Telecommunications do something about these abuses.

Alil weirded out. I received a voice mail from this # +1 (206) 823-3373 and they said to give them a call back immediately and this was my last warning. The voice sounded like a auto recording male? Robot voice.

They called my house twice today from this number, left automated voice mails. Pretty sure you get certified mail if you are being sued so I didn't call back. Glad I didn't after reading these comments.

I also had a message that the IRS was sueing me. I called back and all I could make out through the thick accent was that there was a warrant for my arrest. I called my accountant, and he said it was definitely a scam.

Received a call stating that the IRS was going to sue me. When I started asking why they were calling, instead of sending me something in the mail, the foreign sounding female hung up.

Received a call and called back to learn that the IRS has a case against me. Starting asking for personal info in order to pull the case info.
