I was contacted yesterday with the same story. I actually did follow her directions (Lynn Jones) and lost 200.00 dollars in I tunes cards she requested to register my info to receive the federal grant money of 8400 including a refund for my 200 dollars. I was then told to contact Oscar Walton at (646)851-2074 in New York. He then told me I needed to give him 500.00 in an I tunes card which would be redunded to me with the grant money totaling 8900.00. I decided to cut my loses at 200.00 they got me. I hope this info helps someone else including the proper authority responsible for protecting us and apprehending these clever criminals. Thank you

This person said i won grant money and i would have to give the 200 to receive it and when I told her that she is being record on my phone and I'm reporting them get voice changed tone and then she hung up

I was called from an unknown number and told the same story that I won grant money for having a good record. They gave me 2 options whether to give them my bank account information to have it done through a money gram. I was given a 2 letter 3 digit confirmation code and told to call this number. The person who answered said her name was leena jones and said that i would have to deposit $200 in name of a bank in new york.

The person on the phone said I won grant money from the government, and that I was selected for having a good record. I almost believed it until they said that I have to go to parking lot of Walmart since thays whats closest to me and I have to pay to receive the money gram since I wasn't about to give them my bank info. The lady said her name is Leena Jones I don't know if thats how it's spelt or not. Also the first number that called was 78006, the second number was the number she said to call back if I want the money. They want me to go to a parking lot then call them when I get there.
