Calls me all the time, never leaves message. I answered for the first time today, nobody said anything...called number back from cell phone and got busy signal. Called number from work phone and got operator saying number is no longer in service.

Credit card rate reduction. I do not wish to receive these calls. They are not from my credit card company but a company calling saying they can reduce all my interest rates on all my cards. I believe this to be just another way to steal peoples information. This is illegal, they are soliciting me, supposedly randomly.
