They told me they were calling to give me a gift card for participating in an on line survey. I don't ever do on line surveys, and if i did i certainly wouldn't give out my cell number. I hung up on them at that point b/c i suspected it was a scam.
Wanting to give me a $100 gift card because I submitted an online survey. After asking how much that would cost me, rep said $22.95 month on a credit card. Wanted info and I told her several times give me your name, remove this charge, cancel anything that had to do with this and give me cancellation number. I did provide address and email but rep hung up when I persisted she cancel and give me a confirmation number to that fact.
Some online survey which is deceptive as we have not ever participated in any online survey for financial purposes.
Caller claimed to be calling in response to an on-line survey I had completed. I have never given permission to be contacted by phone by any company in completing any customer satisfaction survey.
Constantly calls everyday, no one says anything. Phone is always busy when called back. Caller never leaves a message
