IRS scam call.

I also received a voicemail stating the IRS was filing a lawsuit against me. Funny since I have never received anything in the mail or previous phone calls and the voicemail stated this was my "final notice." I called back just to see what was up and from what I can tell it was an Indian call center - very loud background noise. The person I spoke with asked if I was Julia and I said no. They asked for my name and I said I would not identify myself until I had further information from them. They hung up.

Called me from 206-899-9301 5:21 PM February 23. Said it was the IRS, no name given, did not mention my name, said they are bringing a law suite against me. I thought it was odd that a taxpayer-funded entity did not at lease use an 800 number. Didn't call back.

Received a call from 2068999301 at 615 AM this morning ... Did not answer - Number left VMware with no name just that I'm being sued by IRS and to call back ... This is getting ridiculous !!!

06-899-9301. This number has been calling my number every day and at least twice a day. They are asking to call back with a case number. If someone is suing me, I would get served by a lawyer. If it's the IRS, my accountant would be calling me instead. So I know this is a bogus call, so please do not pick it up or call them back. They are phishing.
