called my cell at 100pm. I tried every option offered on the "not in service" 206-973-9999 and never got anywhere. I need my phone as an alarm clock as I must go to work in a few hours. Any ideas what is going on?

Called my land line on a Sunday almost at 9 pm. Callback number is fake I was very upset to be bugged, may be clear wire communications.
