I received a call and he is also sending emails also............. The message was: Monday | March 7, 2016 | 3:28 PM PST | 36 seconds "Hello this is Michael Stevens with the private servicing division of EPS expedited clawson(?) services. I'm calling in regards to a formal complaint that requires your immediate attention. I have documents that are scheduled to work with your residence or place of employment. We were only making two attempts to deliver these documents please have valid identification to insure proper delivery of the documentation if you or your attorney have any questions regarding this matter you can contact our client directly at 207-307-2137. Again that's 207-307-2137." *I had my attorney call and he asked for his Bar Association Identification or Company Tax Identification to confirm their identity and they just hung up the phone. But later that afternoon emailed me a bogus warrant and when we took it to the courts to confirm the validation we was advised that it was a false warrant and they took it and advised me that this was a scam so they can get money out of people. So the Warrant Clerk Supervisor called the number and they hung up them also and now does not answer the phone since to the courts. We was advised to call the FBI and make a report to (877)382-4357............. We was advised they get people to verify their information in order to obtain their personal info and say they was hired to collect a debt.

Same thing everyone has said previously. They called and left message (2x), but never mentioned my name or who specifically it was regarding, that they were serving papers for. Total scam

got 5 messages from this guy on my answering system. Ignoring is starting to get annoying. I feel like picking up the phone and prank calling them back..... it was busy... lol oh well. IGNORE.

same thing to me back to back calls funny thing is they call from the 207-307-2137 number saying that it is Michael Stevens and that if I want to speak to the client directly I can call 207-307-2137 that there were scheduled documents to be delivered to me today, that a formal complaint had been made against me and YES he used the EPS line as well!!!! lmao , then I got a different call earlier today saying I had a case number A E 866 sounding all military calling it Alpha Echo... and telling me to call 844-481-2891 but the number came from the same 207 307 2137 number wtf someone needs to put these guys away!

I recieved these calls as well , several of them stating they are trying to serve me papers , total bogus guy is rude and childish so I called the FBI they turned me over to the FTC thewre number is 1-877-382-4357 I filed a report , I urge everyone that received calls from this scum bag to file a report with the ftc once they get several reports crossing the USA they turn it over to FBI then warrants go out for thier arrest ...

Completely bogus. They asked for a person that had my middle and maiden name. I told them I didn't know anyone by that name and they said they wouldn't call anymore but would be pursing that person for purjury.

As above. They leave a message saying a complaint has been filed against you, and that papers will be delivered to you "at your home or office" - two attempts - and you need to have ID when it is delivered. Then they leave this # twice to try to get you to call back.

The initial part of the message was cut off so they did not name themselves or their company. They do not address you by name.
