Spam call, they call say they are with a private company that is going to serve you papers. They are not. Junk, do not answer or respond. They are phishing for any info you will give them to pass along to another spammer or sell to another spammer, or directly get $$ from you. They call one time saying the formal complaint stuff and say they are CSP, then the next time they say they are CPS? These calls tick me off because there are still people out there (elderly, etc) that fall for this kind of intimidation. IGNORE!

This is a scam same recording stating there was a formal complaint against you in they need to deliver documents it's all a scam
