called July 18/17 @ 12:30 p.m. CST left msg saying not a telemarketing call - have excellent credit card payment history for last 6 months press 1 to speak to a representative to get 0 % interest rate on credit card.

Credit card lower interest scam.
They ask you if your card is VISA or MC. Then they ask you for the expiry date.
Then they ask you for the first digit of your card. Then they ask for the remaining digits.
Had some fun with this English language challenged guy !!
Asked him where he was calling from... he said London, ON.
When I mentioned the call was from a Maine USA area code, he got confused.
Asked him what company he represented... he said Credit Services
When I asked if his company was federally or provincially regulated, he got confused
He mentioned my name... which is freely available with call display.
Hope he gets paid by commision... I wasted at least 10 minutes of his commission time
