He said he wanted to have phone sex with my fiance .this person needs to go to jail .I feel this scammer needs to be stopped.

Follow up from ealier report:
Number called me again. This time, I was able to irritate the caller to the point of throwing F bombs at me and started referring to mothers and sisters.

I made it a point to let him know that his number isn't reachable. I persisted in asking for a callback number, to no avail.

No need for further opinions, just watch here for more of the same.
I warned him that I've submitted reports online about the number.

Number is spoofed. No use trying to call back. Just program it into your block list!
Caller is scammer, attempts to convince me that he (heavy accent) is with the US Treasury, and has a one-time deal for me...blah blah blah.
Asked for his first and last name and Department number and extension number repeatedly and forcefully. He ended up hanging up.
Sounds real legit, right??

Called me too. I blocked them as soon as I hung up on them.

Says from treasury I let him tell me all about the money I am going to get after several min. he asked if I wanted to know how to get the money I said no this was a scam i am not going to Walmart and get him a card nor am I going to give him any of my financial info he hung up... lol

Caller kept asking me questions. United States number. Said they were from the grant department . I hung up on him and now he is calling again and again also called from this number 732143245 which I'm guessing is from an app because it's not a full number. No not answer yes or no just hang up.

Vague...asking questions like "phishing scams!" I screamed and hung up! LOL!!

The person called me a MF because I told him to take me off his list
