Left a message saying it's the I.R.S., my final notice, a law suit being filed against me. I actually have until the first week of July and this is not how the I.R.S. does business.

Got a call many times over a few months. Finally talked to him. He said, "Please notate my badge number "#gs6120" So I could feel that it was a serious call. Also said I owed $8,037. Looks like everyone else got asked the same amount. Told me "Looks like you made a miscalculation on your 2015 taxes. Did you do this on purpose or is this a mistake?" He threatened me saying I would have to go to Washington D.C to state my case in front of the IRS.

Same thing--told that this was my "final notice" that the IRS was suing me. Robotic sounding call with prepositions missing.

yes just received a call today. Saying i owe 8037 in unpaid taxes. He said he was sending the cops over right now and taking the my license away.
they said you can come to office in DC or settle up right now. I just happen to be going to DC this week. I will come there. He was not happy about that. SCAM

I got this same call. This is a scam. The actual IRS will NEVER CALL YOU. They will notify you of important events via certified mail, a letter that requires you to sign for it. Please, nobody fall for this scam.
