This call was answered. He identify himself as Michael from Senior benefit services. I asked him to remove my name from his calling list. He hung up on me, but I tried to call back. The number said it’s an allocated. This is a scam call

This number sent me a text telling me how much they miss me and more than I will ever knI I have no clue who this could be. I believe it is just a text to get me to respond so they will know this is an active number.
