800notes.com lists many complaints against this number beginning early 2015. Mode of operation is to call (robocall) and immediately disconnect to sucker the person being called to dial it back, thereby"you calling them". The scam continues with some fake rebate offer that needs your banking data. Total crooked illegal scam. Don't bother to call them, just post and block.
