KCSO is aware of multiple spam calls being made to citizens in our area identifying them self as the Kootenai County Sheriff's Office. The majority of the numbers are reportedly coming from (208)432-8958. We would like to remind you KCSO will not request payment over the phone, and we warn citizens to be very careful when confirming or giving out financial information over the telephone.
