if you get phone calls from numbers out of your area and you are on the no call list, you can be sure those calls are NOT LIGETIMATE.

Received a call on my cell from 208-640-4058 at 5 AM while on vacation in Hawaii. I never answer calls from unknown numbers. My cell is only reserved for family members. I have no idea how these scumbags got my number.

Also received a call on my cell phone. I didn't recognize the number, so I ignored it and called the number back from a land line. The number was not a working number???

This is a span call in attempts to obtain credit card information.

I received a computerized call about my credit card and to lower my interest rate. They said to wait on the line for a live representative. The person who answered had an heavy accent. When I asked what credit cared this was for the caller hung up. I tried calling back but received a message that the "call could not be completed as dialed".
