lowering my credit card rate,pre-recorded message that puts you through to a person that asks for personal information. When I responded that I would not give that out until they identified there company, he made phsyical threats about me and my family and used foul language before hanging up.

Asking me to talk to someone to lower the interest rate on credit cards I do not have.
Anne from account services tells me that the interest rates to my credit cards can be lowered, and to do this I have to act now, press 1 to speak with a live operator, who then asks if I am responding to the offer to lower my interest rate on my credit card.
