continues to call leaving no message just weird sounds. research show this number belongs to a company trying offer "low interest rates". when calling back I get static and loud sounds.

Refinancing - When speaking with Peter & telling him this was being reported to FCC, he stated "then you need to also report that your wife is cheating on you"!
