Received call on my cell this day, leaving no vm. Suspect robo / scam caller.

I have received many calls from this number and from 208-549-5518. I even went through their calling responses to talk to a person and told them my phone was on a do not call list. They said I would be removed in 48 hours. Well it is a little more than that and they are starting again.
