Something about pain relief medication

I received a call from this number this morning stating that it was a Pain Relief Center and that they had received information that I was in pain. I asked them where they got this information from and they told me that they had gotten it from my provider. I told them that I knew that was untrue due to privacy laws. They tried to tell me that the laws have changed. When I asked them specifically what type of pain that I was having.....they couldn't answer. I told them that they were full of BS and they finally hung up.
