Automated service comes on at first to tell you that: "Card services informing me there are no problems with my account. But would like to help you with lowering your interest rates on your credit card and this is your last notice. Hit 1 to talk with someone or Hit 2 for us not to call again." Well I have hit 2 once and talk to someone twice and have asked both times for my name to be removed.

They claimed to be able to lower my interest rate on my credit cards, but they weren't a credit card agency. They've been calling me about 3 months. I've opted out many times, and told them not to call.
