This is a spam caller I get calls multiple times a day they switch up the numbers all the time please do something

They always switch up the numbers and when I answer there is someone on the other end with an non understandable accent asking me questions that make absolutely no sense it's annoying . I'm on a job search and I can't block everything in case I get a call for a job so can there be done something about this ?

i HAVE FREQUENT CALLS ON MY CELL PHONE...I AM ON A PLAN WITH LIMITED MINS, AND THIS VERY ANNOYING. THEY DO NOT LEAVE A MESSAGE WHEN THEY CALL. I NO LONGER ANSWER THE PHONE.
