I assume they are trying to get you to get a credit card or some credit card service. The message is not clear--just very urgent. I have not actually asked the live person who comes on what they are selling; I have just told them I am on the no call list and to please stop calling. Today I told them I was filing a complaint the FCC and they hung up.

Answered call... Waited for a person... When she got on, she asked if I was calling about the lower interest rates on credit cards. I asked her who this was and then... CLICK!!!! Freakin' COWARDS!!!! I called back and entered my number to be removed. I was told it would take seven days to remove it. WHAT A BUNCH HOKUM! What is the sense of having a National Do Not Call List???

They said it would "help lower my interest rates" and if to stay on the line if I wan to talk to an agent. I receive this message several times a month so I stayed on the line. When I told the operator I wanted to be put on their do not call list, I was hung up on. This is usual,

when i tell them to put me on their dont call list they hang up before i finish the sentence and the calls do not stop. now i ask them about their whore mother and prostitute sister and ask them how it feels to be a loser telemarketer. the calls keep coming but hopefully when they hang up they are reminded of what theyreally are.

"This is an important message from your credit card company! (many beats of silence) There is no problem right now, but we can give you a lower interest rate. Press 9 for more information or to speak to a representative". When I did that, there was no one there. We recently had our credit card stolen, and when these ***people call, I get scared that it happened again. When our real credit card company called to report that our card had been used fraudulently, we hung up on them, thinking that they were these people. These people need to be stopped!!!

When I answer the line is silent then hangs up, when i return the call it states, "WCA subscription services, this is a non subscribers phone number, call back from a subscribed number."

I also recieve calls from a similar number about lowering card rates, when i tell them i do not have a card they hang up.

They never would tell me exactly what they do. Several messages from them have advertised lower credit card interest rates, get out of debt, combine credit cards - but when I speak with a representative, they will not tell me what they can do for me unless I give them a credit card number. They claim to "need" just one credit card number to gather enough information on how they can be of service to me.
