We recently had our credit card stolen, and when these ***people call, I get scared that it happened again. When our real credit card company called to report that our card had been used fraudulently, we hung up on them, thinking that they were these people. These people need to be stopped!!!

They never would tell me exactly what they do. Several messages from them have advertised lower credit card interest rates, get out of debt, combine credit cards - but when I speak with a representative, they will not tell me what they can do for me unless I give them a credit card number. They claim to "need" just one credit card number to gather enough information on how they can be of service to me.
