Onc time to reduce Credit Card Interst rate, another time some kind of Subscription Service (WCA Subcription Services) another time to answer 'trivia questions to win up to $50,000.00. Hace called back to have them remove my number from their calling list and if anyone answers, as soon as you ask to be removed they hang up before you can finish telling them. Other times the number is answered but hangs up immediately.

I did not answer the phone call as it was a number similar to other unwanted telemarketer numbers that call me in spite of the fact that I am on the do not call list.

The call starts "This is Rachel at cardmember services" and says there is urgent need to discuss my account. However, the call turns into a 6.x% APR on credit card sales pitch, then asked me to press 1 to talk to a customer representative. THESE PEOPLE HAVE CALLED MANY TIMES OVER THE YEARS- EVEN IF I TALK TO THEM AND ASK TO HONOR THE DO NOT CALL, THEY JUST CHUCKLE. This is maddening.
