They want ot lower my interest rate on my credit card.

The caller states they can lower my credit card interest rate. Then proceeds to ask for my social security number. When I declined they hung up on me in July and when I asked how they obtained my number in the August call the caller stated "they don't have to give me that information" He then started yelling at me and hung up.

Pre-recorded message asked me to dial "1" if I wished to lower the interest rate on my credit card. I dialed 1 so that I could try to find out who was calling this blocked line. When I asked who they were as they were calling on "do not call line", they hung up on me.
