Outrageous. I got a cell VM from someone Friday-3 days ago; I deleted the message when they said something about legal action against [someone-garbled name], they were looking for this person: after listening multiple times I could tell whoever's name they were stating at least wasn't me, nor was it a bad former employee's name (who I've had terrible fallout from over 5 years ago...who indeed took me for a ride, stole my identity, harassed me, stole from me, etc). TODAY, same no. calls my cell AGAIN, I answered, got an auto-recording saying that [former criminal employee name] had an action against me (what a stretch, but wouldn't at all put past her) and this was a mediation company; if I wanted to avoid action going further to press "0." Given this person was ["crazy"] and I thought I might need to know what was up now with her, I pushed 0: a man answered & said "can you hold please," I said "no, I can't" but next thing you know I'm on hold listening to recorded music. I hung up. I'm glad I searched the web for this number b/c otherwise it would have ruined my day even more....I've now blocked them from my number.

This number has been calling me for a few weeks now. I was finally able to speak with someone and like the others have said it's likely a scam. They claimed I did not pay off a payday loan for Trio Capital. I repeated to the lady over and over that I've never taken out a payday loan and she could send me something in writing that I would give my attorney. I also told her I monitor my credit report and there aren't any outstanding loans, claims or judgments against me. She ended up hanging up on me because I wouldn't agree to set up any payments with her.

A bunch of scam numbers keep calling me, especially this one.

I just got a call from this number and they tried say I owe them money from an old payday loan in 2012. I have never taken out a payday loan. Then they told me it was associated with a Bank of America account and I've never had one of those either. These people are a fraud.

I got a missed call when I called back I didn't give them my information. A "Ryan Cooper" answered asked if knew a shniqua Williams . I said no and he hung up.
