I think it's more likely spam than a scam

As mentioned, this is a scammer trying to get payment details to mail you supposed gift vouchers. The best strategy against such scumbags is to keep them on the phone as long as possible by talking about anything and everything without actually giving them your payment information. The reps are usually on a tight timeline for each call and the longer you keep them on the phone, the lower their productivity.

Called twice and hung up immediately so the phone only rang once. I called back once and couldn't hear anything, so I called again and got a recording saying that I had recently visited an affiliate website or shopped at a major retailer and had won a $100 voucher. Spam.
