senior citizen alert

Claim to be company 'Senior Emergency Care' and provide monitored senior alarm system. I have received at minimum 30 calls over the last two weeks. I have listened to message three times and pressed '5' (if you do not wish to receive these calls), but the calls keep coming. I disconnected the other calls when the number appeared on my phone. They do not identify the called on the recorded message, but on 4/4/2013 I answered and asked the name of the caller and was told 'Senior Emergency Care'. I told them I was filing a complaint with the FCC and the person speaking laughed. At 6:59PM while typing this complaint they called again; no one answered when
I picked up. This company calls on two numbers 209-322-4078 and 707-723-4078. Both appear to be 'spoof numbers'. These calls are made two to three times a day.
