Got phone call from this number and v voice mail saying final notice from IRS Law suite...I have no problems with IRS..:/

I got automated voicemail that said the same thing. Also said that it was final notice yet I've gotten nothing prior.

Same thing as everyone else, called to say IRS was filing a law suit against me, call back right away. I did not call back!

Just received a call from this number. It left a messaging saying the "IRS is filing a law suite against me".... Really..... I have no issues with the IRS and if I did how did I just close on my first home.... SCAMMER ALERT!!!

same thing, called the number back, person answering said 'IRS" the person could barely speak English.

Well I decided to call this number back person answering said 'IRS" I said this is not the IRS who in the hell are you? "this call is being recorded" I said I don't care because this is not the IRS and never call my number again, the person could barely speak English. I also said IRS does not call they send letters. then hung up on them.

Automated voice says "This is the IRS and we are proceeding with a case against you; you need to call us back right away" giving this number 209-348-9546. Obviously I will not be calling them back as I have no issues with the IRS and they don't call without sending certified letters first.
