Yup. And the real IRS would never call like that. pretty much the same message as the recording above. my husband took the call.
Another scam,the guy barely spoke English
This is the second call we have recieved from this number in 6 weeks. They claim an injunction is being filed against us from the IRS. Sounds like the IRS outsourced their calls to India.

claimed to be an IRS inspector asked to cooperate :).
Call from "Steve Martian" claiming to be with the Department of Treasury. Would be more believable if he didn't have a terrible accent Got to be a cheap scam. I will not waist my time by calling back
