Received a call from an Alex Jim Foster from an unvailable line from the ABS Company, 4312 Hoffman Lane, Campbell City, CA 209-439-7813, supervisor supposedly Alex Schmidt. Threated me with breaking 3 federal crimes and arrest by not paying a payday loan on time. Told them I was an attorney and would prosecute them to fullest ($1,000 fine per call plus imprisonment) and would be filing the paperwork on Monday and that I expected a call back by Wednesday or I would prosecute.
