I'm on the permanent 'do not call list'. This being said, any telemarketer who calls me is actually just a scammer.

received call from this number with caller ID L7 Serv Call. Did not recognize number and had not made any request for any type of service. Allowed call to go to answer machine and caller failed to leave message. Must not have been important or someone wanted to sell something.
