Emergency Medical Alert System. Caller claims system and shipping have been paid for and is seeking to arrange delivery. For full text of voice message left, see attached PDF file (exceeds 1,000 character limit of this form). Caller's phone number, as displayed on Caller ID, is blocked using Comcast's *60 feature. Caller somehow circumvented call blocking and left another message. Name on Caller ID changes, but phone number of caller displayed is the same. Caller's number is still in the blocked list, and I have been in the National Do Not Call registry for several years. My phone number is also Unpublished as per my request through Comcast, my service provider. See PDF attachment for full report.

Medical Alert system Recorded Calls - Calling to schedule delivery, saying that it has already been paid for, either because yourself or a family or friend has expereienced a fall. Says there is no cost to you whatsoever and that delivery has already been paid. We are getting repeated calls over several months, but I don't have the specific dates of other calls; but I previously complained a couple of months ago to the Do Not Call registry. I listed a time of 8:30, as this online form required me to entire a time; however, I do not know the exact time, as the caller ID did not list a time at all for this call. The call was sometime in the early AM.

The call offered a free medical alert device - I have fallen and can not get up.

Emergency phone dialer. Stated it was free, including shipping. If accepted, there would obviously be a monthly charge, but this was not mentioned.
