Phone scam medical alert device

Emergency medical alert system ready for delivery paid for

Medical Alert System...caller wanted to come install it - says it was already paid for, and he was verifying my address. However, the caller ID shows the number as, "Bank of America". Caller went on for a few minutes, rambling almost incoherently, saying that he knew my address, and would be stopping by. I let the voice mail go, did not answer. Unnerving that these predators know how to contact seniors and attempt to gain access into their homes! This is not an "advertiser", but a scam with possibly dangerous people connected to it. Bank of America should know that their number/name is being used in this manner

Message is from either FIA Card Services or Bank of America telling me my medical alert system is ready to ship and paid for. Never ordered one-ever. They have been calling multiple times over the past two weeks. They also call another number in our household - 770.587.6933. Both numbers are on the national DNC. Please get this to stop immediately.

In home monitoring for elderly. The service is already paid for. Hit 1 to talk to someon or 5 tobe deleted from list. I have pressed 5 serval time and 1 and asked to be removed from list. I havehad about 20 calls in the last month.
