Live caller (who has left messages before) started to leave message his call's about a medical alert sale made to us-which we did NOT order. I picked up the phone and was speaking to him and he apparently pretended he couldn't hear me and kept speaking. I told him we did not order this and to stop calling. He kept talking as if he couldn't hear me so I hung up. Caller ID shows 209.676.3148

It is trying to deliver "medical" devices that are "already paid for". It is a recorded call and I have not paid for any devices. I have received multiple calls from this number and keep opting out and they keep calling.
