The caller indicates that I've applied for and have been approved for some sort of home medical alert system. (I didn''t) and that he is calling to set up delivery. He (the voice) is a recording and there's no chance to tell them not to call you again. The caller back number does not work and this "service" has called my house at least 4 times in the last three days.

A man called about a Medical Alert product, said it was recommended by many hospitals and doctors. They were trying to set up a delivery appointment. I get several calls a day from this company about this product,they leave a message. This time I answered and when I told them I had not ordered one of their products, did not want one and asked to be taken off of their calling list, the man just kept talking and did not respond to me.

The representatives say they are calling to schedule installation of an emergency medical response service. We have never requested this service or spoken to anyone previously about it. The representatives just keep reciting their script and will not listen or allow you to interrupt them. We'vee told them twice now to remove us from their call list.
