got this call informing me i'd qualified for an Independent Living Grant from the Fed. 1st clue: East Indian accent. listened to the speil, was told to call Sr. Acct Manager at this number for details and finalization. came down to i had to pay $180 of which 150 would be refunded, so for 30 i'd get 4500 a year -this year in Jan., next 4 years in April- for free. as long as i didn't buy drugs or alcohol or spend it illegally. HA.
