Heavy Indian accent. Said calling from GE Capital Bank, name Clinton Brown (totally bs) # 209-676-4926. Said "your loan has been approved" When I said had not applied and asked for date he gave a date when I was on vacation. Said no, don't want, didn't apply, remove from list... He said they would charge my bank $50. I said hell no and if he had my info I want to know from who, how, and when he got it. Started balking and kept saying they would charge, at which point I said, no they won't, and hung up. Total scam.
