They scanned me out of $100 dollars. They said I was being sued for a payday loan that I did not take out. They had my information.

Jason Fletcher called and told me that someone took out a payday loan in my name and that I needed to pay $100 dollars to stop the lawsuit against me. I never took out a payday loan and no one else did either in my name. I foolishly paid the $100 dollars because I have been the victem of Identity theft and became very scared. I was told I would get my money back, he strung me along for 4 hours telling me to hold on and that his paralegal was working on it. He finally told me I'm not giving you back any money.

called us saying we owed 500.00 dollars on a loan last year that never happened.ask for personal information...

claims to be with American Legal services. wants to talk to my attorney to file complaints of an unpaid debt on loan I never took.
