this is absolute fraud!!! report this immediately because they have ur personal info they can use in a bunch of ways...got ur info from payday advance co. or recent loan u applied for!!! REPORT IMMEDIATELY!!!

I received the same call threating to file a Complaint against me. The scary part is they have the name of my employer and the last four digits of my social security number. A Michelle Williams (foreign woman) left me a message to call immediately. I called back and I spoke to an Atty by the last name of Cooper who said that they were going to file a Complaint against me in California. When I told him that I didn't know what they were talking about he said that they would send me a Complaint on Monday to my employer, which he knew the name, and hung up on me!!

Called me several times and every time it's the same message. Caller (speaking with a foreign accent) is a lawyer threatening me with papers and police at my house tomorrow to arrest me if I don't pay them. I asked for a verification of the debt but the guy just hung up on me. I reported it to the FTC but no results so far.
