just got the whole "wrong # routine" sounds like a professional voice actor

I get a call from this number. As soon as I lift the receiver, the caller (a recording) says "Hello. Hello. Oh I think I dialed the wrong number." I get a call from this number at least once a month. A spammer as far as I'm concerned. And a pest.
