Received same call and wanted me to go on my computer into www.teamviewer.com
then provide password and code. Then my computer locked up.

I called back and talked with Ron Martin at 209-813-4139. They claim to be from IT Solutions.com

stated my computer was sending error messages to IT DEPARTMENT, and required me to turn my system on so that they could run some tests, very strong indian accent could not understand him so I asked for a call back number was given 207-976-0439, I was told to hang on for a minute and was transferred to a female who tried to instruct me to turn my computer on I said that I had but it was still trying to load start menu (lol) kept them on phone for at least 20 minutes by sounding dumb, she finally hung up.
