same for me as the three above...voice message indicating legal action (not a human voice message, a mechanical voice). called the number back, they answered it as Social Security Administration. I hung up. I have no outstanding debts...

I've received two calls from this number this morning. When I called the number back (from a different phone) they actually answer it "Social Security Administration!!!!!" They make is seem so legitimate. So glad I checked this site -- I was really stressed thinking "what if it's real??" Evil people!!!

I got the same call as listed above. Threatening lawsuit for criminal activity.

Voice message did not record name of alleged company, but this is the same type of message I've heard in the past for phishing calls claiming to be from the IRS. The recording stated to call in order to avoid criminal charges and legal action. No legitimate debt collection agency threatens criminal arrest and besides, I have no outstanding debts in collection.
