ZERO STAR RATING!!!
CONN'S starts calling the very day your bill is due, up to 5 times per day. Usually they never leave a mssg. It's harassment. If you do answer, a representative treats you like a criminal and is very threatening. One time I paid my bill only a few hours late and got a call from a CONN'S rep the next morning stating they would be coming to start taking things away I had purchased 2 years ago. I called their Corporate office & they apolozed, buy i told them that I would never buy furniture or anything else from them again. I've had 2 accounts, paid one off & have never been more than 10 days (allowable in their own rules) with the acct I've have now, with 10 payments left to go. Horrible company to do business with unless you are paying cash.
