(210) 249-0540

Just received two calls from this number 210-249-0540. ID said it was from Novatel. A guy with a foreign accent said he was calling from "the government of the US," at which point I told him goodbye and hung up. There was also a lot of background noise, that sounded like the guy was in a call center type setting. A few minutes later, another call came in, but we did not answer it.

That Number called me, my mobile rang once then stopped, so i added it to the declined callers list

This number didn't call me but they called my mom and grandma claiming they were my brother and a lawyer. They even had my "brother" talk on the phone. They told my mom had grandma that my brother was in a car accident and severely broke his nose and needed $1,000 for vehicle repairs and that my brothers insurance would pay my grandma back. My brother lives in Utah, when I finally got ahold of him he was waking up, never having set foot in Mexico City. But by the time I got ahold of my mom my grandma had already sent the money Western Union. I tried to tell my mom from the get go that it was all very odd and the story didn't add up. I asked her who this lawyer was and she didn't know. They didn't get a name of the so called law firm he was working for, they didn't get a number for the jail my brother was supposedly at, nothing. Now they are frantically trying to get their money back and I doubt it will be with much success. ALWAYS, ALWAYS check peoples credentials. This is very heartbreaking for my grandma and mom. They did not have the money to give like that and this is causing much more heartache on them than anything else.

This is happening nearly every week once or twice a week PPi it's a pain

My iPhone showed it a a call from Texas USA

Only had 1 missed call from this number,first I thought it was about an order I'd placed but since found out its a spam call.How do these idiots get our numbers???

Keep receiving calls for PPI

I Received a call from the number above at 10.43am on the 07-03-15 which lasted 27secs no one said a word no recorded message but it seemed as if someone was there just listening then They hanged up. I thought I rang back the number and it's engaged constantly as I've tried a few times during the day and night. Why

Can anyone tell me who this number belongs to please

Just received a call from this number. Answered it, as I wondered who in San Antonio, Texas would be calling me. A very English lady in a recorded message said she was calling about PPI(!) Utter time wasters.

I do not want theae calls.

I knew I don't know this no but I have friends all over the to world so, I decided to check where the code is from. just as searched google, this page had this no so, my instincts were right. It was a missed call that I did not respond to.

call came from Texas, I live in uk, when I answered it there was a recording asking me about ppi, so I hung up

now phoned twice, first time was a missed call and thought it might be a call from my son in law's family who live in Texas. They checked and told me not to touch it. I live in Scotland, O2 said that it was now blocked ,but had a further call.
How do they find the numbers and can they do real damage?

We have both received calls from this number but when called back the call fails. We both live in the UK and are confused as to why American Area Coded numbers are calling us...
