Received call yesterday afternoon 4:04 PM EST asking me about errors I had been reporting on my computer said he was a Microsoft Tech and wanted to help me remove all the files some hackers had entered my computer and that was the reason my system kept reporting errors. He had a foreign accent and ask me if my computer was on he would connect to me by remote. He then put and American guy on that signed on the remote program called Logmein Rescue his name was Shaun Watson. He told me 6 different things they would do to fix it. He would clean, fix programs, renew windows security, paid anti-virus, paid anti malwares, complete service. This took from 4:04 PM through 8:27 PM when he called me back and told me to shut computer off until he called me back today around 10:30 - 11:00 AM which up to now which is 1:06 PM I have not heard from either Shaun Watson or the foreign speaking guy. I called the number 1-210-301-0307 which is the number on my caller id listed as Builders Square all I get is sorry all circuits are busy please try your call later. So I guess my computer has really been hacked now.

Keeps calling and asking if we have a VA home loan. Told her it was none of her business and do not call again. She is now calling on this number which is different than the number she usually calls from. I just keep blocking the calls. This should be against the law and I am sure it is. We are on the do not call list but nothing is working.

I had similar problems with many of these types of calls. After blocking didn't work, I went on line to the Federal Communications Web Site, filled out a complaint form and that usually seems to reduce, if not stop the calls.

When I answer they hang up immediately most of the time. Others I ask to be removed and then they hang up. So wish I could find them and annoy them multiple times a day.
