get this cal every other day or so.

unknown caller

I have received several calls per day from this number 210-321-9994, the recording says "Press 1 to answer, Press 2 the send to voice mail".... Well have pressed 1 - then the system says "the caller has hung up" then some ringing happens - I then get disconnected after about 5 rings.... Other times I have pressed 2 - then the system just hangs up on me... I have tried calling the number back and get a recording the number is disconnected.... I have blocked the number, but still the new "voice mail" messages saying "to send to voice mail, press 2"..... O'what shall I do now??????

I tried to call back, but you get only busy signal.
