Called me "Lori" and said they were calling from USAA. I told her she had the wrong number, she apologized and we ended the call.

I had received a notice from USAA (via snail mail) that this survey company was going to call. They apparently contract out their updates to auto usage, etc. Still, having had my identity hacked, I choose not to work with 3rd parties.

Received a call from this number on Monday and now today (Wednesday). Both times I let the call go to voicemail and now I have blocked the number. The caller claims to represent USAA and want to review and update policy information. NO way I will give them any info.

These people keep calling me... have been told they are not affiliated with usaa but call so they can provide information to usaa just to raise insurance rates as if usaa is not high enough already.

Not USAA separate company who only gets paid if the information they collect from you raises your insurance rates
