Claims I have a pending case that requires my attention. I have gotten that same call last month & the month before. Tells me or my legal counsel to call. Never received anything in the mail though.

this is a scam they have my fiancé's social security number and everything we don't know how they got it but they have it now I don't know what to do to prevent them from identity theft. we have no idea how they got our personal information but they have it. how do I report this? he also cursed me when I asked what company he was calling for and told me to tell it to the judge when they arrested us for fraud. and I told him they cant arrest us is we didn't do anything and he said he doesn't have to listen to liars crap and hung up on me.
